About this Speaker

A performance-driven Finance Leader with more than twenty-five years international and regional experience spanning both listed and non-listed entities. This journey has seen him working across various industries spanning from E-Commerce (VeriSign Inc, NASPERS) to Oil and Gas (BP) to Retail (John Lewis Partnership, Post Office) and more

recently Telco (Virgin Media O2). With a wealth of international experience having spent time working in the USA, South Africa and the UK, he is able to lead and support companies with international ambitions as well. In expanding his leadership skills beyond that of traditional finance, Alistair has led many strategic initiatives that have had a positive impact across multiple business areas whether its driving down costs, market development, growing top line revenue to large-scale Business Transformation to name but a few. 

By profession a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, he also holds an Executive MBA from triple-accredited Henley Management College in the UK along with post-graduate and under-graduate degrees in Commerce and Accounting. Outside of work, on a voluntary basis, he Chairs CMI"s South East Board in addition to being an active contributor on thought leadership in the Accounting Profession with ACCA Global.
