Chloe Fletcher

About this Speaker

Chloe started her career at Cadbury where she qualified for CIMA back in 2006. She covered a multitude of roles, working in Internal Audit across the European factories, working in the finance teams across the depots and factories before spending some time outside finance leading the supply planning team for the Jelly Baby factory before returning to finance and leading on the commercial team integration between Kraft Foods and Cadbury. She relocated to Yorkshire in 2012, joining ASDA where she has worked alongside the commercial teams in both food and clothing, most recently working as the Senior Director for George clothing. Having worked 4 days since having her children, In 2022, she began job sharing with Laura, first working in a role leading the finance shared service team before starting a role leading Finance Transformation. Outside of work, Chloe loves music, particularly singing as well as discovering new Podcasts and interesting books to read.
