For the last 10 years Emmy has worked in female founder led businesses: Firstly at Charlotte Tilbury as Finance Director, building and leading the finance function and delivering triple digit growth each year, and most recently as CFO & COO at The Fold, a global womenswear brand specialising in modern, luxury workwear. It has given her a unique insight into growing a mission led brand that aims to empower women, while working with some incredible women in the process. She is CIMA qualified and has worked for Amex, Tesco and L'Oreal and was one of Management Today's 35 Under 35 Women in Business in 2019.
