Michael Mills FCCA

Michael Mills is a commercially astute and driven senior finance professional with over a decade of experience in leading finance operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance Operations at Jaguar Land Rover, he is dedicated to transforming the Global Finance Shared Service Organisation into a world-class, customer-centric team. His leadership focuses on inspiring teams, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Previously, Michael held key roles at Jaguar Land Rover, including Finance Director for Strategy & Sustainability, where he partnered with senior leadership to drive strategic direction and operational excellence. His extensive background also includes significant positions at McLaren Automotive and Johnson & Johnson, where he provided financial expertise to support product development and operational decisions.

Michael holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Liverpool and is a qualified ACCA accountant. He is passionate about empowering teams and driving business success through effective financial management and strategic planning.
